2015 Interbull Meeting

 

The 2015 Interbull Annual Meeting (July 09- July 11, 2015) will be held in conjunction with the 2015 Joint Annual Meeting (JAM) of ADSA - ASAS (July 12 – July 16) in Orlando, Florida, the USA. The event will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, Florida, USA.

 

The 2015 Interbull Annual Meeting requires a separate paid registration fee. Information on how to register, costs and hotel booking are all available through the JAM website http://www.jtmtg.org/jam/2015/reg.asp

Early bird registration deadline is June 19th!!  All registrations are handled through the JAM website above.

 The Interbull registration covers the Thursday through the end of the second Interbull/JAM session on Sunday plus Friday morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee; Saturday morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee, and dinner on Saturday night.

 

The JAM begins Sunday evening with Opening Session at 7 pm., and Interbull attendees who wish to attend the two Monday genetics and breeding symposia must register in advance and be wearing a one day registration JAM badge for admission to these Monday sessions.   One day registrations are USD 175.

Interbull Open Sessions:

Interbull open sessions will include scientific reports related to the following themes:
  •  Genetic/genomic evaluation methods;
  •  National and international genetic evaluations;
  •  National and international genomic evaluations;
  •  National genetic evaluation of disease and welfare traits;
  •  Genomically defined new traits and genetic defects;
  •  Using SNPs in parentage studies

The paper should be written according to the InterBulletin Guidelines which are available here

Useful Deadlines:

  • Deadline for title and abstract submission is June 12th at 23.59 CET;
  • Deadline for submission of presentations: July 3rd;
    • Presentations should last 18 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions.
  • The final program would be available on June 26th
  • Deadline for paper submission: August 7th
